The Fine Line Between Mental Weakness and Physical Fatigue

If you find that you're always backing off, maybe you need to be a bit tougher. Some people can break their leg and are still going to a speed session. Other people have the tiniest sniffle,. and it's a tiny bit of wind, they think, oh, i can't do my speed session to day. Are not even worth trying it. Eveif you feel tired before, but then once you get going, if you can tell it its not near where it should be, that'll be when it makes sense to try and focus on recovery.
