Do I Need to Add Volume to My Chest?
I think a one client where we're really prioritizing her lower body growing within that her upper body volume is relatively low I would say right around her main is volume but I'm okay with like those movements progressing slower. We want to allocate a lot more of the volume and recovery resources to our lower body so because of that again if her upper body strength isn't progressing all that quickly that's more or less just maintenance there. So from there then when we're looking at okay we want to like should I add volume or should I keep things the same typically first I would look at again like are we doing a good job managing stress nutrition are all those factors dialed in from there
