Is Stretching a Good Thing?
I try to keep a lot of the stretching and the mobility away from the training. So if i do, like, a big workout in the morning, i'm not going to sare to do those things before the work out. They're morenot dynamic and less, less static in nature. When it comes to like, overall volume in things, that's where i think things get tricky for folks,. especially as they're trying toe develop their own.
