How Do You Relate to Your Pain Differently?
"I think what's important is to kine of by into why it's important. I'm not just saying it to take the pressure off of me," she says. "If you're actually relating to your pain with a sense of effortlessness, a sense of ease, you're sending a really good message to your brain" She adds that people have even more fear when they have these negative emotions around their pain.
