How to Train Your Neck for Strength

I've had eight concussions. I have to constantly work on my neck to keep it in good shape for training. Changing band height daily using two variations of head harnesses to reduce accommodation. Also use a head weight hanging off a bench and using semi to reverse hyper before the neck. Any other recommendation will be appreciated. The next question comes in from Ryan. What exercises and rep ranges do you like from neck training? And also for restoration.
