i always struggle because i feel like appraiser's ischarged wit too much money. And so it's really having that value conversation with d the attorney. I think iam in a unique position, a where, you know, i am able to where comes my direction,. Because people have to, it's required. It's kind of like paying to get your car registered. You know, if you want to drive it, you need a license plate on it. But you don't really want to. Why would you want to? You don't look at it like that.
