How Can We Make Room for That Imperfection in Our Life?
I think a great reminder to call upon that self-compassion is reminding yourself that that voice is trying to protect you and it is coming from a good place no matter how toxic it might be. But as we're starting to wrap up, I think a lot of this work can seem like a very, hard task to tackle. So how can we start to make room for that imperfection in our life? There's lots of little things that you can do because you're right. If you set a standard for yourself that you should be able to tackle this perfectly right there you're setting yourself up to have a hard time.
