What Are the Things That Are Important but Not Urgent?
The average knowledge worker is only productive for two, two point three hours a day every week. They spend a day duplicating work they did the week before and checkd their email 36 times an hour. And most devastating at all, the average knowledge work worker gets a grand total of 11 minutes of focus per day. The real problem is not only massive, but it's everything, everywhere, all the time. So we're trying to be incredibly intentional with how we frame our business so that we don't fall into this trap.
