How to Stay on Track With ADHD

One of the main problems I hear is getting, being late to work every day. So what do you do? Well, we can use timers. We can use visual cues. We can plan ahead so it's not all of the last minute thing. Start moving backwards from when you have to leave the house, not what time you have to be there. Take on the ones where you're more mentally alert. And then assign the times that are best for you to do the more difficult projects.
