There's a hormo in our body called laptin. Laptin is responsible for telling your brain you are full. The faster we eat, theBody can't catch up and say, you're good. So stop eating what your fool. Slow down. Enjoy your food. Be conscious of that this next week be conscious of how fast you are eating. And then you'll yo'll notice how quick everyone else eats. Like, no wonder they get seconds.
