How to Get Proper Shoulder Flexion
Shoulder flection lets us know that you have enough space. When the shoulder becomes pulled forward, this is where we have the greatest chance of irritation for the shoulder. The next step is getting adequate scapular thoracic strength. A pull up is 100 % of your body weight that you're pulling. We need a strong, steady corps moving on to the corps.
