The Intention Behavior Gap

There's actually a cooler view, the name of which is escaping me, but I can give it to you later on. They kind of just went through a bunch of different studies that had assessed people's intentions about starting healthier behaviors. And they compiled them and did a systematic review of how many people follow through with that over a year time period. The number of them that even started, not that they achieved it, but they even like out of gym membership, like eight well for a month was less than half.
