How to Improve Your Swimming Technique

You just have to have those couple of things couple of goals that you're working working on achieving and that helps then that helps so much when you can. I sort of like to watch people as they come in and they get ready for the swim you can see those swimmers that might be a bit nervous or they might be a little bit reserved and that often comes out in their swimming. Sometimes I like to let the swim is like come into the pool like you like your own the place like you are confident like you know you can swim well because uh if you come in shoulders hunched over head down like you guarantee you're probably on a swim that's not good.
