I can definitely feel that I can train longer and also that in between my sessions I just recover a lot better because it wasn't rare for me to come back from climbing and feel so tired. The doctors were actually really surprised. Now that I'm starting to eat more I'm not worried about it anymore but I know that when you don't eat enough and when you train a lot this is the first thing that happens usually for women. It's common with high-level athletes that they stop getting their period, she says.
