Everybody is creating subscriptions right now. Everybody from caterpillar with heavy equipment to blue apron for meal kits. I just found out that my next door neighbors have a subscription service to an exterminator. They pay the monthly for a service. We have one too. This guy comes by once a month and he says, what's bugging you? And then he does his thing around the outside of our house and then comes in and checks in certain places. So if the organization can do that for me, I'm willing to pay them forever if they promise that I'll never have to deal with any kind of bugs or rats or other things that I don't want in my house
