If I miss a workout, don't do two workouts on the same day. You'd probably want to plan it out on the calendar. If I miss my Monday, I can do Tuesday and then upper body and Wednesday, lower body. And I don't get as much recovery that week, but you just move on and keep going. Next week you try to be consistent.
