Read books by a black people and other people of color. And then when we see people at work or our family or our neighbors, we can make the connections between what we've heard and absorbed with what we're absorbing. So that might not be the most satisfactory answer your listeners, cause it's not like a go do these three things by next week. But that's really what the path is about.
