The Power of Honesty
I feel a lot of my life has been colored by the sphere of what other people feel and think. There is no conscious choice that I made from whenever from when I was in my early teens. It really feels like it was given to me and given to me at a quite like a physical somatic level. And so some of my practice is actually just trying to let things be created and be released without saying no. So that's where the smiling is coming from. Beautiful. And it's a beautiful feeling.
