"What was hard for me when I first started running would be like you know almost off-season level training at this point versus what I would do now in terms of trying to drive an actual stimulus on top of decade. and it's interesting too because someone who sticks with something long enough and then if they do any self-reflection they'll recognize like there's an evolution of hard across that that timeline," he said. "I think sometimes when we think hard we think of the big challenges but it's all relative."
