Students have to be aware, sort ofof t the general reputation of salespeople. I mean, i remember i had really no idea what sails, entails when i started right out of college. Mye changed m but yet heit's here. I sell em after all this time. And so if they have a parent in sals, they probably, a lot of them understand the difference. Like wheat, one of our thingsthat we're trying to do, or areas thatwe're trying to develop, is engineering. That is difficult because the engine ers not at's not their thing. But occasionally we get a kid whose parent, mamerdad, is a sales engineer
