How to Love and Experience Anxiety
A client was having an anxiety attack because she thought her husband was having an affair for a long time. Instead of trying to talk her out of her anxiety or do a relaxation exercise, I invited her to simply love and experience her anxiety. The amazing thing that happened was after about 15 minutes, the energy subsided. "I don't think I've ever had a moment in my life."
