The Foundation of Being an Endurance Runner

The Murph is a workout that is now like ran by the crossword community. It's a one mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another mile,. typically it's done with the weighted vest. So over that course of 30 days, I ran 60 miles. I did 3000 pullups, 6000 pushups, 12,000. And I didn't realize what I was doing. That was my foundation. For me, it wasn't about getting the bib,getting the freaking medal. Like, I just wanted to challenge myself on some goggin shit.
