How to Reduce Anxiety and Sleep
Exercise and sleep are connected. It's not necessarily that the exercise will give you sleep, but it may reduce the anxiety and get in or just exhaust you so that you're so tired that you go to sleep. The rule of thumb is after three o'clock, no caffeine. If you're going to have carbs, because I talk about having a higher protein, lower carb diet with healthy fats, do the carbs in the evening. And this is good patterning for them as they go off into, as they grow and their world.
