Sally Kohn: Let's start with some of maybe the overlooked or underappreciated aspects of hospitality. She talked about this idea of welcoming someone into your space as if it were your home. And she said, "I spend some time thinking these days, where do you cross the line of hospitality into theater?" The magic is being able to respond in real time, read a guest for what they want to get out of an experience, says Kohn.
