i'm really interested in moving away from the intensity that we would use in, say, like olympic distance endurance events. And move even further away from that until, likethe sprinting a hit, or power type sports. Does those variables contribute to someone being able to kind of abstain from carbohydrate and sill perform at a super high level on some of these more kind of, like sprint a anarobic or like, power type sports?
