Be Compassionate With Yourself When You Mess Up

It's very important to be compassionate with yourself when you mess up. Too often we talk to ourselves in such harsh, scolding terms and these only make us feel worse. If you mess up, be forgiving and encourging of yourself. Don't scold yourself. But at the same time, review your goals and your plan because if you keep messing up, that probably means your plan needs tweaking. And you may decide to gow another 20 minutes yet.
