Intermittent Fasting and the Effects on Mood
If you do intermittent fasting by eating early in the day, it will help you lose more weight and it'll lower your blood pressure. Other thing we haven't quite covered yet is also the effects on mood. We found that people reported greater improvements in mood with the early time restricted eating. They reported greater energy levels, fewer feelings of depression and dejection,. less fatigue and inertia and just a better overall mood. That's the first study on intermittent fasting to first randomized controlled trial of intermittent fasting to report improvements in mood. Amazing.
