How to Medicate to Ease and Comfort
We're going to spread feelings of ease and comfort through our body. We're then going to also help manifest a positive feeling by putting a hand on our vagal nerve, the heart center, relaxing our belly. And then we're going to link it with our self representation and image of ourself either as a child or as ourself today. So hopefully if we do this enough this practice enough will start to evoke positive feelings which will lead in turn, in turn towards more confident, positive self care in our lives.
