Ross has been working for Elana Mayer who you may know in 1992 was a South African 10,000 meter only one silver in those games in Barcelona. She launched a project called Endurocat which is basically an attempt to try and make smart investments into coaching and training of distance running in South Africa. A lot of it's going to be focused on upskilling and developing the coaches there's a big talent ID component so I suspect that listeners will be subjected to some of my thinking and musings and discoveries around that because it'll be nice for me to be in a space I've been working for the last six years now on injury prevention concussion type stuff.
