Paying Attention to Our Life Style

i like that talk about paying attention. It seems to me that a lot of the book that you've written is on, as you mentioned just now,. Instead of going through the motions of getting up, going to work, coming home, watching t v, going to bed, doing the same thing for a week. And no wonder there's depression. No wonder there's there's grief and stress. It's so unnatural to follow that. I mean, it's kind of obvious in a way, but i think it kind of circles back into what you're talking about with the intention and getting i nature and so forth and so on.
