The Fork Drop Asians
The fork drop is equal parts embarrassing as it is embarrassing to ask for one, i think getting one is probably worse. When you don't speak the language and you also don't know the cultural protocol, it can be seen as something that you're not comfortable with. I do not believe for a second that that waiter was being rude to me. He was being cused going above and beyond to be a good server. Cause he was like, i've served too many non chinese people chinese food and have them rejectid. And so maybe living and existing in our kind of funny middle ground makes it fuel offensive to me. It's offend tofor sure.
