Running a 10K
I think it is difficult to be brave in the 10 Ks. You've got to use the first half of spacing out and breaking it down a bit different. My rule is don't wear a watch anyway. I wouldn't say this was a mistake necessarily, but certainly for my first ever 10 K on the track, I thought too much about my finishing time that I was aiming for. A good idea would be to just be open minded enough just to run, just do it.
