How to Quote a Salesperson Early?
I don't think that sales relationship is different than any other hire. What I prefer to do is to just basically set the quota to their OTE. Meaning if you can sell as much as we paid, then at least we're getting somewhere. That's a great place to start. But when it comes to quota, I really think it should just be getting fields done. And so like, now you're 100% aligned what you're trying to do. You know what at least you have to be able to pay themselves. Otherwise you don't have any solve and see it all.
