The Importance of Focus

Jennifer Jennifer says she's really struggling with focus lately I 'd love for you to cover it on the podcast focus cover. This got me thinking about my kids and one of my daughters who when she was that age didn't know her times tables. She started getting this negative attitude of "I'm stupid" so we made flashcards and she studied them and all of a sudden she knew him. Another funny story is in the SEAL teams we have these helmets  and underneath the helmets you would wear this this headset that your radio headphones would go into. It actually squeezed your head and it was very very uncomfortable give you a headache but eventually they figured out how to cure it.
