Five Ways to Build a Silent Meditation Habit
meditation is not about stopping thoughts, but recognizing that we are more than our thoughts and or feelings. No one is without a minute, between a minute, 20 minutes a day for themselves. It's just our own choice as to what we are doing and how we are going to make this work for ourselves. The best thing to do is to give yourself a break and not have to make adecisn every day. And then a little bonus tip, i want you to pat yourself on the back for showing up to better your health and your well being.
