The Importance of Humility

Being humble is not thinking less of yourself, it's thinking about yourself less. Hungry is the easiest one to understand and that's a strong work ethic. Emotionally smart means people have common sense around other people. It doesn't mean they're genius at this; it just means they're not clueless.
