I think that if you become obsessed with these oils, as some have and as some advocate for on social media, you're putting the cart before the horse. They are found predominantly in ultra-processed foods that you're better off avoiding or minimizing. I'm much more comfortable utilizing one of those oils on a regular basis than I am.
