"I think healing from a stage three borderline stage four cancer in four months. I think I did everything I could," she says. "Instead of going on a vegetarian diet or vegan diet, I'll go on a ketogenic diet right away." She would also travel less to give her body more time to rest.

Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.
In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
