In an ideal world if you're introducing a new technology into a new customer it's getting face-to-face in a small group setting with your device and having them go through a training live with you there that would be the optimal way of doing it. It also depends on the device such as say a sterile welding device so a device that sterile welds two pieces of plastic tubing together you might be able to learn how to use that over a video and not face-to -face.
