How to Conduct a Product Review

I don't proceed to the next question until the questions at the top are answered. Sometimes a team will come to product review and say I've only answered four, but we're gonna spend a ton of time on the like all the evidence I've collected for why this is a user need. No matter how good anyone is as a evaluator of software, you are going to need some amount of context in order to evaluate what's important. Ultimately, you're trying to build something that wins.
