Do You Need More Cardio Workouts?
If you don't care about the long term effects that it has on your joint health and metabolism, than maybe doing a bunch of cardio is the answer for you. We need ta focus on building protective muscle by strength training in ways that stress your muscles, not your joints. Building up your muscles will improve yourinslen sensitivity. And then you really clean up your nutrition. If you use exercise strategically as a way to gain muscle and improve your metabolic processes, then fuel perly, you will work with your body, instead of against it.
