Do You Have Any Goals for Weight Loss?
A lot of the work that I do helps people be able to build muscle and drop body fat. Having a singular weight goal isn't always the best measure of what they're actually doing because their body composition is changing, but the weight on the scale may not move that much. If you were to take a photo and see where they were when they started on day one versus day 30 or day 45, they look like a completely different person.
