Lifting Weights Is a Great Thing for Older People
We tend to think of going to the gem or lifting weights as being things for you young boys who want to have big muscles. That's what a lot of people my age and over think of, because they don't have i don't think anyone 30 years old thinks that because they've grown up with fitness bure. We need to make it clear to people that exercise at the gem improve your performance in everything oom ordinary daily life,. Like bringing in the groceries to reddin. And through smart exercise, we can reduce o reliance on a lot of prescriptions.
