Do Psycho Social Interventions for Youth Work?
The findings indicated that s l interventions should be considered an effective, evidence based approach for school children. But it doesn't ever question if schools should be engaging in psycho social innervations for youth at all. There's a universe of difference between targeting legitimately at risk students through some minimally intrusive means and then pulling them out of the specifically educational environment to engage them in a responsible programme. It is not appropriate to talk to most children about topics like sex or death, or disease, or any of these kind of horrific, trama-based things. That’s actually screening.
