Dale says he's never been a big breakfast eater, so drinking smoothies has always been good for him. Jill playing power agrees with Dale: "Since I work out when I first wake up, it also serves as a post workout nutrition" Jeffrey thinks the point of this is that if you're conscious about it, the smoothie can be a great tool. But some people will religiously swear off smoothies and say you cannot have that or something like that.
