There are lots of great things and reasons why you should do something about it. But the problem with getting good sanitation is it's actually very, very expensive. Unless you make the toiletso good and you also keep them clean, people won't use tem so it turns out that you have to spend a lot of resources. You typically see that you do about three dollars worth of good for every dollar spent.
