As humans we are made to respond to end-run training and that means that if we are moving more doesn't matter the the speed mostly like lower speeds. I think it's important not just copying what someone else has done you know or blindly following a training plan that you happen to get from someoneYeah no absolutely that's as you mentioned like to just be open and like to try to think why this is working what this is not working.
