Are There Any Common Objections When You're Talking With a Runner?

I think it depends if a runner is currently in pain so if they're on the sidelines with injury and they're having to miss training days then I would try and direct them towards physiotherapist initially. The only other scenarios that I've faced before is looking at low energy availability which has quite a high prevalence with competitive distance runners especially in particular females. It's kind of been reframed as the relative energy deficiency in sports syndrome now.
