The Differences Between Low Carbohydrate and Ketogenic Diets
Is there some sort of variance that we're going to see between people with different dietary practices? Dan and myself skew a little more towards the low carbohydrate way of eating versus say someone who's in a moderate to high carbohydrate diet. If you already have a decently high blood ketone reading, I wouldn't advise you to take a full bottle of the performance product,. You'll probably just get too high.
