Is This a Good Audiobook?

This is the best one. Just from an entertainment perspective, I think it had the clearest ideas that were in a lot of ways new to me. The first part of this book has a lot of great stuff in it as well of like, here's a way of thinking about stuff you just might not have thought about before. And even there, he has some interesting ideas about four different ways to think about how your employees may respond to your feedback.
